A perfect family getaway

The smiles from the welcoming staff and kids splashing in the pool made our trip memorable. The lush surroundings and vibrant water park were highlights for our family!

However, the early check-in hassle left us frustrated, especially with a little one. We really needed those extra hours to settle in before heading out for fun.

great access to parks and local attractions for city strolls

we had a fantastic time walking to the nearby mississippi aquarium and the beautiful jones park, both of which were just minutes away from our hotel, making our family trip all the more enjoyable.

The water park at Oasis Resort really saved our stay! Everyone found something fun to do. The staff? Absolutely fantastic! They were so helpful, bringing us extra towels when we needed them and accommodating our requests. However, we did encounter some hiccups. The parking situation was a bit frustrating, having to walk quite a distance with all our luggage. We didn’t see any luggage carts offered. The bathroom in our room felt musty, and the carpet definitely needed replacing. Also, we tried the café, but the pizza was undercooked, and it made both of us feel sick afterward. Not great after a long day at the water park. We also found the pool area lacked enough shade for those hot sunny days. We could only find a few tables with umbrellas, which left us and the kids exposed. Overall, while the waterpark and staff made the trip enjoyable, there were several areas that could use improvement to make the stay even better.

The lazy river and kid splash area were hits with my family, providing countless hours of fun. The outdoor environment was well-maintained and enjoyable for relaxation.

Night desk clerks need better training.

We stayed in a Standard King Room for 3 nights. The room was pretty comfy and clean, with a nice fan to help with the heat. It had decent space for our family. The location was super convenient, being right near the water park. Only issue was the need for better ADA access, but overall it worked for us.

It was just a great match for a weekend pause in Gulfport with great value-to-price ratio. The front desk staff was friendly, even when they were super busy. Bring your own comforter if you like it fluffy.

The Oasis Resort features a spacious meeting room that perfectly accommodated my work presentation needs. The breakfast at the Oasis Grill included freshly made omelets and strong coffee, and the staff provided efficient service throughout my stay. The location is conveniently close to key business venues, making it ideal for corporate travel.
